Recycling Park Ltd. approached us with the idea of building a packaging glass factory and an Energy Recovery Plant. The entity was established as a special-purpose company for the project. It turned out that the company was not only planning the construction of two powerful facilities, but most importantly, they were going to introduce an innovative glass production method that had not been used before. In addition, the completed project was to provide more than 300 jobs, and a decision was made to establish an R&D department at the company.

With such an extensive project, both in terms of the planned costs to be incurred and the diverse structure (new technology, R&D department, construction of facilities, new jobs), we could advise only one action that would allow obtaining funds for such a significant investment: the OP IE measure 4.5.1. The Company accepted our proposal, and we began intensive work on preparing application documentation. We developed a project concept and application documentation with the necessary attachments. We helped prepare documentation and refined the details of R&D cooperation. Intensive work culminated in the submission of application documentation in January 2012.

The project passed all stages of evaluation positively, and as a final result, in July 2012, it was ranked first on the list of projects qualified for support.

The amount of funding obtained is PLN 102,800,000.00.
