He has been associated with Grant Thornton Frąckowiak since the beginning of his professional career. Today he is responsible for the development of PWB Group companies.

He gained professional experience by auditing the financial statements of many companies, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He has extensive experience in the functioning of the electricity market. He has led projects in the area of state aid and energy efficiency.

He develops his professional career not only by managing the company but also through delivering numerous speeches and presentations covering the topics of renewable energy, energy efficiency, and state aid.
